Shipping:

Products are usually delivered in 6-7 working days, however please allow upto 28 days for Delivery.

Returns Policy:

As each AJ Smith Photography product is custom made to each customer’s order we unfortunately cannot offer a refund unless the product does not match the order or is faulty.

If your order does not match your order please contact us so that we can arrange returning your products.

Please remember that whilst we endeavour to make sure your product is as accurate as possible quantities and paper weights are subject to a 10% margin of error. Print sizes are subject to 3mm margin of error on each edge.

Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to delivery goods nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of AJ Smith Photography or any agent acting on behalf of AJ Smith Photography.

Whilst that we endeavour to stick to our quoted turnaround times please be aware that we are very rarely subject machinery failure, spikes in business levels or other unexpected events which may cause us deliver goods later than our quoted turnaround. Whilst we will try to let customers know if their canvas may be late we can unfortuantely not offer refunds.
